So easy and so good. I have just made my second batch with what I’m afraid is the last of my homegrown tomatoes. But it’s been a good run. The recipe says it’s best fresh, and I don’t know that this was the case for me. I really enjoyed it on the day I made it, but I had leftovers that chilled in the fridge for several days, and I found it even more delish with the flavors truly mixed by that time.
